How can I rent an apartment at "Apartments by days"?
1. Check apartment availability and rates on the dates you wish by filling in and sending this form.
2. The Apartments by days Barcelona team will reply to your e-mail shortly.
3. In order to guarantee your booking we must confirm availability on the dates requested and you must make a pre-payment of 25% of the booking amount before you arrive. This deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
At times of high occupancy a 50% deposit of the total booking amount may be requested as guarantee.
4. At the time of check-in you will be asked to pay the remaining 75% as well as a €200 cash deposit which will be returned when you check out if the apartment has not suffered any damages.

The rooms, the sofa-bed and the bathroom are furnished with clean bed linen and towels matching the number of guests set in the booking.
