- The daily rate is established based on occupancy and season.
- A minimum stay duration is set at 3 nights and can go up to 7 nights on specific dates.
- Maximum apartment occupancy is set at 6 people.
Additional charges:
Cleaning costs €60 +7% VAT. This charge will be added for each booking regardless of the duration of the stay.

Booking conditions
In order to guarantee your booking we must confirm availability on the dates requested and you must make a pre-payment of 25% of the booking amount before you arrive. This deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
At times of high occupancy a 50% deposit of the total booking amount may be requested as guarantee.
At the time of check-in you will be asked to pay the remaining 75% as well as a €200 cash deposit which will be returned when you check out if the apartment has not suffered any damages.
